Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to sign any covenant or neighborhood code of conduct/policies?
We do not at this time as the previous restrictions have been moved away from, but we are discussing putting together some Neighborhood Best Practices in an effort to facilitate a safe and positive community for all families.
Do we have a neighborhood directory?
We do not, but we are working on putting one together.
Neighborhood Association vs. HOA?
An HOA (voluntary or mandatory) has residents sign covenants for the neighborhood regarding what can or cannot be done. PCE has been operating as a Neighborhood Association through neighborhood maintenance and engagement with the City of Plano.
Is there a preferred vendors list?
We do - You can find a list of those vendors here. Each of these vendors supports the residents of this neighborhood each year either financially or otherwise. Sometimes this is through direct donation to the neighborhood beautification fund - other times it's simply coupons, discounts, product donations, etc. If you know of a local vendor that you love, talk to them about showing mutual support for this neighborhood. Encourage them to contact us for ways to partner
